The CNHFA’s kick-off meeting of infant formula and food for special medical purposes project
The CNHFA applied for two research projects under special food safety supervision and management department of State Administration of Market Regulation (SAMR) recently ---“Research on sales behavior of infant formula and FSMP”and“Research on information exchange method and inspection result of infant formula manufacturers”with focus on marketing approaches and information exchange methods of infant formula and FSMP. The CNHFA held the kick-off meeting on 7th May,2019 to guarantee the smooth implementation of the two projects.Special food safety supervision and management department of State Administration of Market Regulation (SAMR),Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Market Supervision， Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Market Supervision，Yangzhou Municipal Bureau of Market Supervision，Jiangsu Health Food And Cosmetic Safety Association(JSHFCSA)，Jiangsu Food Production Safety Association(JSFPSA), Northeast Agriculture University, Shangzuo &Food·Drug, China Co
nsumer Association, information communication committee of the CNHFA and some companies participated in the meeting as team members of the projects.
The meeting was presided by Xuecong Liu,secretary general of the CNHFA ,who also illustrated the implementation plan of the projects. Jie Long, vice director of infant formula unit of FSMP safety supervision department of State Administration for Market Regulation was invited to introduce the project background and issue the project requirements. All the representatives present at the meeting were having an in-depth discussion on the projects and made a lot of constructive comments.
The project team will refine the information exchange methods and marketing approaches for infant formula and FSMP, conduct researches and push forward the research projects as per the schedule.
