To all relevant units:
  
  The relevant state departments have issued a series of policies and regulations to strengthen the safety supervision of special food. In order to promote the dissemination, understanding, and implementation of the policies and regulations, the China Nutritional Health Food Association organized a free public class for special food policies and regulations and has held four sessions, which have been supported and recognized by the special food industry. In 2019, the CNHFA will continue to make plans for special food policies and regulations advocacy with local regulatory authorities and fraternal associations, form an advocacy team, and conduct advocacy activities nationwide. The plan is now pre-announced as follows:
  
  I. Goals
  
  Through the implementation of the special food policies and regulations advocacy plan, we will further promote the scientific awareness of local regulatory authorities and enterprises, accurately understand the special food regulatory laws and regulations, further improve the food safety management capabilities of enterprises, and promote industrial development.
  
  II. Contents
  
  Health food, infant formula, formula food for special medical purposes and for infants, infant food supplements and other special diets. Advocacy activities will focus on product access, production and operation, monitoring and sampling, advertising and law enforcement, industrial development and other polices and regulations and standards (see attachment).
  
  III. Arrangements
  
  Through cooperation with local regulatory authorities and fraternal associations, the China Nutritional Health Food Association will invite experts from regulatory authorities and relevant industries to form an advocacy group. Advocacy activities will be held in various places, monthly from March to September, 1-2 days for each session.
  
  The venues for such activities will be in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hubei and other provinces or cities.
  
  The first session will be held in March, and the CNHFA will issue a separate notice on the specific content of the first session.
  
  IV. Target Audiences
  
  Special food safety supervisors of local government departments, senior managers of local special food production and operation enterprises, food safety personnel, and other relevant personnel.
  
  The activities are open to the public. Accommodation, meals, transportation, and other expenses are self-care except for registration fees.
