Advertising Compliance Guidelines for Drugs, Medical Devices, Health Food and Food for Special Medical Purposes (FSMP) Issued by Beijing Municipal Administration of Market Regulation (BAMR)
On 13 January, the BAMR issued Advertising Compliance Guidelines for Drugs, Medical Devices, Health Food and FSMP, which apply to advertisers, advertising operators, advertising publishers, advertising spokespersons and other participants who are engaged in advertising activities of the abovementioned products within the jurisdiction of the city.
