Regulation Measures for Quantitatively Packaged Commodity Weighing (Revised Version 2023) Issued by the State Administration of Market Regulation (SAMR)
On 16 March, the SAMR issued the Regulation Measures for Quantitatively Packaged Commodity Weighing (Revised Version 2023). The Measures shall come into effect on June 1, 2023, while the Measures for the Regulation Measures for Quantitatively Packaged Commodity Weighing (No. 75, published on 30 May, 2005) published by the former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) shall be repealed.
