CNHFA Publishes Association Standards for Whey Protein (Osteopontin ≥5%) Powder, Determination of Milk Basic Protein by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography, and Characterisation of Molecular Weight Distribution of Peptides in Food for Special Medical Purposes

The CNHFA has approved and published the following three association standards: Whey Protein (Osteopontin ≥5%) Powder (T/CNHFA 412-2025), Determination of Milk Basic Protein by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (T/CNHFA 438-2025), and Characterisation of Molecular Weight Distribution of Peptides in Food for Special Medical Purposes (T/CNHFA 331-2025). These standards are hereby announced and shall come into effect on 1 April 2025.
