The State Administration of Market Regulation gathered relevant experts and drafted raw materials catalogues, technical requirements (draft for comments), and drafting instructions for 5 types of health foods including Coenzyme Q10, in order to standardize the management of health food raw materials catalogue and promote the management of health food record filing. The announcement is made to solicit opinions and suggestions from the public. Please fill out the feedback form (Attachment 2) by April 30, 2019 and send it back through email.
In addition, the State Administration of Market Regulation is simultaneously seeking opinions on adjusting the function claims for health foods. The relevant function claims in the draft of the raw materials catalogue will be adjusted according to the relevant documents.
