The 7th China Special Food Conference was held in Jinan from 22 to 25 March 2023 and came to a successful conclusion.The conference was organized by the CNHFA, co-organized by Jiangnan University, with special support from the Jinan Municipal People's Government, the Shandong Provincial Administration of Market Regulation, the Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine, Shandong University, China Ocean University, Qilu University of Technology, and more than 30 domestic and international associations.
CNHFA President Bian Zhenjia chaired the conference.Serving as Academic Chairs were Chen Wei, an academician from the Chinese Academy of Engineering and President of Jiangnan University, and Pang Guofang, an academician from the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Chief Scientist for the Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine.The following guests served as Academic Vice-Chairmen:Jiang Yujun, Vice President of the CNHFA and Dean of the College of Food, Northeast Agricultural University;Shi Hanping, Vice President of the CNHFA and Professor at Beijing Shijitan Hospital, affiliated with Capital Medical University;and Xu Xiping, Executive Director of the CNHFA's Precision Nutrition Professional Committee and Distinguished Professor at the Institute of Nutrition and Health, China Agricultural University.

The conference also included the release of the Top 10 Trends in the Innovation and Development of Microecological Formulations in China, the 14th Five-Year National Key R&D Program'Technical Innovation and Demonstration Project of Scale-Up Preparation of New Core Formulas for Infant Dairy Products(Probiotic Demonstration Line)', and a report from the KAP Real World Research Project on Precision Nutrition and Health in China.

A fun sporting event called'Running in Quancheng City'was also held during the conference.By participating in the running event,the delegates not only had the chance to feel the appeal of sports,but also helped to implement the Healthy China strategy.
